Meet the Team

Alan Davison

Managing Partner

In 1995 as an eager young designer Alan started Positive to bring design services to an ever growing list of hopeful clients. Through word of mouth (mostly Alan’s) the company grew and became known for the work produced. Today, he still tries to enjoy liaising with clients and is fiercely competitive on all creative projects. Outside of work he is happier on two wheels and at home with Donna and his boys.

Frank McGrady

Managing Partner

Working in the industry for over 20 years and with Alan during the first few years, Frank joined Positive in 2007 and brings a wealth of experience in branding and integrated communications. He enjoys working to find straightforward solutions to complex projects. When not at work Frank relaxes with his kids, on the back of a horse or with a chainsaw - but not all together.

Conor McGrath

Senior Designer

Having worked in both the design and advertising world for over 15 years, Conor brings experience, charm, sophistication and dodgy knees to the team. Just like Oooh Aaah you can rely on him at the back (the pub is a different story). Officially can claim to be the Alfa male at Positive, away from work he uses golf as an excuse to get away from Ann and the girls.

Robertha Davison

Accounts

Robertha thought she left the glamourous world of advertising and design behind her. Her talents in accounts & credit control, not to mention strict hygiene standards, mean she has been a valuable asset to the team for the last six years. Robertha lives in her own wee castle in Hillsborough - looking after the garden and one's husband, Des. It has been said that it's easier to pay Robertha than take her call!
